Sparkle N Sprinkle's January 2013 Blog Hop

If you're here by way of Brigita, perfect. If not, click HERE to get you started at the beginning.

Welcome to Sparkle N Sprinkle's first blog hop of the year. This month's theme is Fancy Folds. Each Designer has chosen to demonstrate at least one unique way to fold cards. Please join me and my fellow Designers as we show you what we've created.

I have two different Fancy Fold cards to share with you. These were fun to make. So, if you're looking for something a little out of the ordinary, give these a try.

These vintage stamps are A-W-E-S-O-M-E!

Here is Laura displayed on a closed Shutter Card.  To me, she looks like a very young lady from the early 20th century, eager to see the world. (kind of Downton Abbey-ish)

This photo shows the card open. For instructions to make this card, click HERE.

Meet Isabelle. Roaring 20's here we come! I do believe my Grandmother owned a flapper hat like this.  This card was so much fun to make. It's a Surprise Pop-Up card. (Left - card closed)

And here the card is opened by pulling on the slide tab at the top of the card. How cool is that!  Click HERE to see how to make this card. Everybody gets a kick out of trying to figure out the mechanics on this one - even the guys!
