This beautiful stamp is from Sparkle N Sprinkle's Hummingbirds and Flowers stamp set. Teal, red and yellow make a great combination to show off this little bird doing what it does best. I used Sunny Daze, Jasper Blue, and Sparkling Snow to highlight the flowers and hummingbird. Which is perfect, since hummingbirds have iridescent feathers.

Pretty in Pink
It certainly seems I have thing for Hydrangeas. But I couldn't resist doing one more in pink. From Sparkle N Sprinkle's Spring Florals stamp set, a little coloring with Copics, fussy cut, and voila! A simple but pretty card.

Steel Magnolias
Did you know: Magnolia is an ancient genus. Appearing before bees did, the flowers evolved to encourage pollination by beetles. To avoid damage from pollinating beetles, the carpels of Magnolia flowers are extremely tough. Fossilised specimens of Magnolia acuminata have been found dating to 20 million years ago, and of plants identifiably belonging to the Magnoliaceae dating to 95 million years ago.
Another beautiful stamp from Sparkle N Sprinkle's Spring Florals stamp set - the Magnolia. Although the flowers bloom on a tree/shrub, I chose LifeStyle Crafts Flourish die template to anchor and add interest to this card. The center of flowers sparkles with Sunny Daze glitter.

Timeless
Happy Mom's Day!
At last! The perfect opportunity to use Sparkle N Sprinkle's Pocket Watch Collage stamp. Pocket watches usually make one think of Grandpa. But with the butterfly, it's perfect for Grandma as well. The focal point of this card is the gorgeous Hydrangea from the Spring Florals stamp set. To give it a vintage look, I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Antique Linen & Vintage Photo.

I got very excited when I found this (free) scallop seashell template on-line. Seashells always bring to mind beach, ocean, sand, sunburn . . .
What better than a scallop seashell to represent a beach theme. Wouldn't this make a very cool invitation to a beach party? Please click HERE to see all the Sparkle N Sprinkle items used and instructions to make this card. And please feel free to grab the template, below.
