Wedding Scrapbook Page

My daughter was married to her sweetheart in July this summer. It was a rather unconventional wedding - they were married in the forest and it was beautiful beyond words.

First, I'd like to share a couple of pictures with you and then a scrapbook page.

To give this page dimension, I used silk floral material and added different glitters to all the petals and leaves. As well as to the double sided tape that makes the off centered cross.

There is plenty of room for a title and journaling.

In natural light, this page sparkles beyond belief.

Sparkle N Sprinkle's August 2013 Challenge

Hi everyone! Time for a new Sparkle N Sprinkle Challenge. August's color challenge is courtesy of Design Seeds. These colors are pulled from the beautiful flower, Ranunculus.

This time I chose to use glitters to add lots of color, sparkle, and pzazz to the Aster. For a complete list of Sparkle N Sprinkle products and instructions to make this card, please click HERE.

Challenges are always fun. Scroll down a bit for more information.

To join our challenge, visit the Sparkle N Sprinkle Creative Challenges Blog for details. And to see what the other design team members have created. There are prizes!

Girly Girls

Because I was attending my daughter's wedding, I was not able to participate in Sparkle N Spinkle's July Blog Hop. A little late, but had I participated, this was to be my contribution.

The lovely Danielle  from stamp set Hat Ladies - Danielle  was colored with Copics and fussy cut. The background, medallion and punched strip are all Navy blue. To see how to make this card, please click HERE.

This stamp is called Framed Elegance and I would agree. I used Belgian Cream ep on black cs and then fussy cut around the scene.

Sparkle N Sprinkle's July 2013 Challenge

Last week I had a lot of problems with Internet Explorer 8 and had to change to another web browser. In the process, I accidentally deleted my SNS July Challenge post. Sorry about that. Also, I've been gone for several days to attend my daughter's wedding.

Anyway - I came up with this CD case label using Sparkle N Sprinkle's Chickdee's from the stamp set Birds. For complete instructions, please click HERE.
